Overview

Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer 750ml is a wonderful moisture-controlling primer based on an alkyd resin. Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer is suitable for woodwork and pre-treated metal. This product is very easy to sand and available in grey, white and black. Rust-Oleum Grey Wood Primer covers 18m2 per Litre and is recoatable after 20 hours.

Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer is great for new wood and has a dry time of 3 hours. Unlike other primers, it dries to a smooth, tight film and leaves great moisture-controller . Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer inhibits long-term rust from developing under the primer film when dry, making it ideal for priming interior and exterior woodwork. Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer works brilliantly in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Formulated with high performance proprietary resins, it is the go to primer for binding chalky surfaces like previously painted siding or possibly high pH surfaces (up to 12.5). With superior sealing qualities and great hold out, Rust-Oleum White Wood Primer 750ml is also an outstanding base coat for any decorative painting and faux finish. It has a 3 hour dry time but will need a little longer before it is ready for the next coat.

A Few Quick Paint Tips
You will get the best performance from your paint if it’s stored at room temperature prior to use.

Shake your spray cans thoroughly. Hold the can horizontally, not vertically(!), while shaking is the manufacturer’s advice.

Mixing the ingredients in your aerosol is paramount to stop splatter and the clogging of nozzles.

When it comes to brush paints, stirring rather than shaking provides the best ingredient combining technique.
