It has a 3 hour dry time but it will need a little longer before it is ready for the next coat.
Rust-Oleum Satin Anthracite Enamel 750ml is based on alkyd resins tends to yellow in a dark environment or when covered. This enamel is easy to sand and suggests your apply in thin coats with a brush or roller. Do not apply in direct sun or rain.
