I would like to return my item
Sprayster Return Policy

Any unused item can be returned, unless stated in the item description (Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned, such as the tintable paints for example). Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. You have up to 30 days to return your item after it has been shipped by us. Please read on for more information.

My item has arrived damaged
First of all, may we apologise. We endeavour to have all of our items delivered to you safely. In the rare instance that your item or order has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us. Sometimes we will request a photograph of your delivery. We will replace all damages caused during transit.
My item is defective
If you happen to receive a product you believe is defective or not working properly, please get in touch with us as soon as you are able to and we will happily assist you.
I have changed my mind and no longer require the item
If you have simply changed your mind about a product and decide you would like to return it upon receiving it then you are more than welcome to. Please just get in touch to notify us and we will request any information from you about your order we feel necessary.
Can I use my product and then return it afterwards?
Unfortunately we cannot currently accept returns on products you have used. Please be sure you require the item before using it.
How can I return my item?
Are returns free?
In short, yes. If you wish to return an item, you can do so by utilising our returns service.
Who is responsible for the return?
If you would like to return any items, you as the buyer are responsible for making sure the parcel arrives back to us safely. Unused products should be well packaged.
How do I create a returns label?
If your return has been given the go ahead by us, we can create a returns label for you. Simply request one and this will be emailed to you. All you need to do is print it.
Which courier service should I use?
You are welcome to return your order with any courier service or carrier that you wish. You may like to take a few moments to find which one would work best for you regarding price, location, collection or drop-off.
Refunds
Will I get all of my money back?
If you are returning a parcel which meets the return stipulations above then yes, you will be issued a full refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.
How long do you take to process refunds?
Under normal circumstances you will receive your refund from us within 14 working days of us taking receipt of the parcel. If you believe we have received your parcel back but have not yet issued you with a refund, please get in touch with us quoting your parcel’s tracking number and we will get to work immediately. If your tracking information states we have the parcel, you will be granted a refund then and there.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my product for another?
Of course you can. Providing you have not used your product, please get in touch with us and let us know your situation. You can return your order in the same way as you would for a refund using the Free Returns service. Once we have your items back, we can simply have the new products on their way to you.
Do I have to pay for you to send the new products?
Absolutely not. If you require an exchange, we will of course cover the shipping costs to have your newly desired items to you.
