Delivery Options
2-3 day delivery

All orders placed on are 2-3 working day delivery times by default if your order is made before 12:30pm Monday – Friday.

If your order is made before 12:30pm Monday – Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), it will be dispatched that same day on a 2-3 day delivery service.

Orders made after 12:30pm on Fridays are shipped on the next following working day, which is usually Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. This service is £5.00. It enables you to purchase any amount of products you require without having to pay any additional charges or surcharges.

Next Working Day delivery

We have paused this method for now. Couriers across the country are beginning to struggle with upholding the time frame, due to Covid-19 as we move into the colder months.

We do apologise for this and hope to bring it back soon.

Next Working Day delivery

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or Channel Islands.

Changes to your order
After dispatch
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
Before dispatch

If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can update your details in your order history. If you are unable to modify your delivery details there, please contact customer care and we can sort it out for you.

Delivery Information
Taking receipt of your order
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mail room or delivery point and will request a signature from the mail room supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.

If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge.

Problems With Your Order
Missed delivery
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.
If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact Sprayster Customer Care. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective order
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact Sprayster Customer Care.
In case of any damage to your delivery, Sprayster will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you’re having trouble with any of your items or believe they are defective, please contact Sprayster Customer Care.

If you require an invoice, please simply contact Sprayster Customer Care requesting one along with quoting your order number.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time before we mark it as dispatched by doing so on your order details section. If you are having any trouble, please contact Sprayster Customer Care and we can sort it out for you. This will include stopping your order from going out and refunding any monies you have paid Sprayster for that order.

MyHermes brings you your order if you opt for the 48 hour delivery selection, or the 24 hour delivery selection. MyHermes also brings your order if you have qualified for free delivery.
