All orders placed on Sprayster.com are Next Day delivery by default, to mainland UK. This excludes Scottish Highlands, inline with the courier.
We have courier collections everyday (excl. Bank Holidays).
The Next Day service costs £2.95. It has replaced the £2.95 48 hour service so you can receive your goods quicker, for the same cost.
It also enables you to purchase any amount of products you require without having to pay any additional charges or surcharges.
If your order is made before 4:00pm (excl. Bank Holidays), it will be dispatched that same day for delivery the next day.
*Sunday delivery is down to your local courier delivering it. The parcel will be with your courier, but delivery of it will depend on their schedule. Any parcels not delivered on Sunday should of course be delivered on Monday. Keep in mind that lots of couriers do deliver on Sunday.
All orders placed on Sprayster.com £24 and over are eligible for free Next Day delivery.

All orders placed on Sprayster.com with delivery to a non-mainland UK or Scottish Highlands address are 48 Hour delivery.

This service is £7.49. It enables you to purchase any amount of products you require without having to pay any additional charges or surcharges. If your items add up to £24, your postage will decrease to £4.49.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or Channel Islands.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can update your details in your order history. If you are unable to modify your delivery details there, please contact customer care and we can sort it out for you.
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mail room or delivery point and will request a signature from the mail room supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge.
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.
If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact Sprayster Customer Care. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact Sprayster Customer Care.
In case of any damage to your delivery, Sprayster will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you’re having trouble with any of your items or believe they are defective, please contact Sprayster Customer Care.
You may cancel your order at any time before we mark it as dispatched by doing so on your order details section. If you are having any trouble, please contact Sprayster Customer Care and we can sort it out for you. This will include stopping your order from going out and refunding any monies you have paid Sprayster for that order.
You have up to 30 days after taking delivery of your order to go about obtaining a refund. To learn more, please click here.
